The tricky part is that this was originally written in 1886 and is still PRETTY much valid today, except for the part about telling his wife to go buy the product.....:-)

7/10/09 This email newsletter called Email Insider contains several options for “fixing” errors in email messages even after they have been sent, including linking a photo to the incorrect -- yet sent-- address, notifying a site administrator of a page error, hopefully, before more recipients would have opened the email, sending a follow up correction email, or simply sending an apology. 7/6/09 I received an email newsletter today which I consider to be a must-read. It covers marketing of luxury products and services to Baby Boomers and contains insight from Ben Kline of my “alma mater,” Leo Burnett in Chicago. Kline believes that consumers are not just cutting back on spending; they’re reassessing what is important. The article is succinct and well written and suggests a few strategies for marketers of luxury products. Let me know what you think of it.
