"Finding an office where I, as an agent, can make a decision
on the spot on behalf of my clients is a wonderful concept,"
said Donna. "Deciding on a listing price and advertising
strategy with my customers, means I am working for them and not
just punching a time clock back at the office."Donna started
at Realty Executives at the end of January 2000.

Norma is a Texan by birth, but has lived on the West Coast for
the last 44 years. Her husband, Gene Keever, worked in the HVAC

"followed by five and a half years in LA, and 10 years in
Fresno. We moved up to Oregon on April 1, 1969." Norma first
started selling real estate in Beaverton in 1977, and the couple
built a weekend home for themselves in Surf Pines in 1989. They
moved to the coast full time in 1992. Norma has worked with the
Bill Snyder Company, Century 21 and MBA Properties, plus the last
eight years with the Sunset Group Inc Realtors in Beaverton. On

Todd Kaino
Fourth generation Ilwaco resident Todd Kaino has been interested
in real estate since high school. He purchased his first property
just after high school graduation, but just joined the sales aspect
of the business last spring. "I try to key in on the fact
that I know the history of the Long Beach properties. I have seen
the changes over the years. I grew up in Ilwaco and that was a
