On the Move for February 2000

Ric Holderbaum, associate broker with Windermere Cronin and Caplan Realty Group, Inc., has been awarded the Certified Residential Specialist designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors®. Only 5% of Realtors® nation-wide have earned the CRS designation by completing advanced real estate courses, years of experience and by demonstrating professional expertise in the field of residential real estate sales. Ric has been a full time agent for over 17 years, earned his real estate brokers license in two states and lives in Gearhart with his wife and daughter. He is also a member of the Seaside club of Rotary International, the Seaside Chamber of Commerce, and the Pioneer Spirit chapter of Habitat for Humanity. Congratulations Ric!

Wauna Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce, Stephanie Sievers,was voted by her peers as the 1st Quarter, 2000 Outstanding Employee recipient. Stephanie, head member service representative at the Astoria Branch was recognized for her excellent member service, teamwork, going the extra mile and presenting a positive image. Stephanie received an Excellence lapel pin, a $50.00 Dinner Certificate and lobby recognition at all three branches. Way to go, Stephanie.

 

The Clatsop County Economic Development Council elected the following officers to its executive board for the coming year: chair, Lindi F. Overton; vice chair, Bud Kramer; secretary-treasurer, Lylla Gaebel; and elected member to the board, Chris Cole. Ms. Overton has served as vice president of college services for Clatsop Community College since February, 1988. Other executive board members include immediate past chair, Rosemary Baker-Monaghan; Tim Gannaway, representing the Clatsop County Board of Commissioners; Don Morden, representing Clatsop County cities; and Don McDaniel and Jim Bergeron for the Port of Astoria.

New staffers at Pioneer House in Astoria inlcude Nate Bucholz as teen program coordinator and Caron Hart as executive director. Hart has worked for Peace Health in Longview, Washington, for the past year . This year Pioneer House celebrates 15 years serving the community. Congratulations!
