Only 5% of Realtors® nation-wide have earned the CRS designation by completing advanced real estate courses, years of experience and by demonstrating professional expertise in the field of residential real estate sales. Ric has been a full time agent for over 17 years, earned his real estate brokers license in two states and lives in Gearhart with his wife and daughter. The Clatsop County Economic Development Council elected the following officers to its executive board for the coming year: chair, Lindi F. Overton; vice chair, Bud Kramer; secretary-treasurer, Lylla Gaebel; and elected member to the board, Chris Cole. Ms. Overton has served as vice president of college services for Clatsop Community College since February, 1988. Other executive board members include immediate past chair, Rosemary Baker-Monaghan; Tim Gannaway, representing the Clatsop County Board of Commissioners; Don Morden, representing Clatsop County cities; and Don McDaniel and Jim Bergeron for the Port of Astoria.
New staffers at Pioneer House in Astoria inlcude Nate Bucholz as teen program coordinator and Caron Hart as executive director. Hart has worked for Peace Health in Longview, Washington, for the past year . This year Pioneer House celebrates 15 years serving the community. Congratulations!
